001 — The Cover

Inkvista

A remote design house for tattoos. We draw the idea before the needle does — concepts, style direction and full sleeve architecture, developed with you from anywhere.

002 — Position

Most tattoos are decided in a hurry. We slow the beginning down — the part where a drawing is still only paper.

Every commission begins as a conversation and ends as a file your artist can work from: clean linework, scaled placement, notes on flow and negative space. Nothing happens in a room — everything happens in correspondence, on your schedule, in your timezone.

A drawing should fit the body it will live on for forty years.

Graphite first. Every concept passes through paper before it becomes vector — it is the fastest way to find out whether an idea has a spine.

005 — Method

Four movements, no waiting rooms.

  1. i

    Correspondence

You send references, placement photographs and the story behind the piece. We answer with questions, not templates.

  2. ii

    Drafting

Graphite explorations narrow to one direction. You see the rough before it is refined — no surprises at the end.

  3. iii

    Refinement

Linework is rebuilt digitally, weighted for the body, then visualized on your own skin at true scale.

  4. iv

    Handover

Print-ready files, stencil sizing and placement notes — delivered to you and, if you wish, to your tattooer directly.

N° 01

Line & Breath

How much empty skin a fine-line piece needs to stay readable after a decade.

N° 02

Reading the Body

Why a design is drawn for a specific forearm, not for a flat sheet of paper.

N° 03

Ink That Ages

Weight, spacing and contrast choices that keep a drawing crisp as it settles.

007 — In their words

"I arrived with a screenshot and a vague feeling. What came back was a drawing I could not stop looking at — and my artist tattooed it without changing a line."

Marissa L. Forearm · Botanical
Fine-line ornamental tattoo across a woman's collarbone

"The visualization sold me. Seeing the piece wrap my own arm at real scale removed every doubt I had about the size."

Devin O. Half Sleeve · Ornamental

"Careful, unhurried, genuinely collaborative. The sleeve plan mapped three future sessions I hadn't even thought about yet."
